Cambridge Consulting & Education Explores Cooperation Opportunities with the Australian University in Kuwait

As part of its continued movement towards developing advanced educational and professional development solutions, a delegation from Cambridge Consulting & Education held a meeting with the President of the Australian University in Kuwait, Professor Dr. Issam Al-Zaabalawi, to discuss potential opportunities for cooperation between both sides.

The Cambridge delegation was headed by Engineer Yousef Al-Naham, Chief Executive Officer, and included Engineer Emad Salama, Projects Manager. The President of the Australian University welcomed the Cambridge team during a meeting that focused on possible areas of academic coordination and institutional cooperation in support of the education and training sector in Kuwait.

During the meeting, Dr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, General Manager, presented an overview of Cambridge’s achievements since its establishment by the London Centre for Research, headed by Professor Dr. Nasser Al-Fadhli. The discussion also addressed possible mechanisms for cooperation and ways to transform this academic coordination into practical initiatives with educational and professional value.

Cambridge, which carries the motto “Quality learning, because knowledge has no limits,” presented several proposals to the Australian University in Kuwait, including the project of professional training programmes in Kuwait designed to support preparation for the Arab labour market, as part of its wider direction towards building training and education pathways connected to institutional and learner needs.

Cairo University Approves a Package of Training Programmes for Cambridge Kuwait

Cambridge Consulting & Education, the exclusive representative of Cairo University in Kuwait for professional diplomas and training programmes, announced that Cairo University has approved a number of professional training programmes designed to support preparation for the Arab labour market.

Engineer Yousef Al-Naham, Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Consulting & Education, stated that Cairo University’s confidence in Cambridge reflects its trust in the working environment in Kuwait and the need for professional development programmes that respond to the requirements of institutions and working professionals.

Al-Naham also praised the efforts of the teams in Kuwait and Cairo, highlighting their professionalism, accuracy and seriousness over the past years. These efforts contributed to the development of Cambridge’s role as Cairo University’s representative in Kuwait.

He added that the training project is scheduled to begin at the start of June this year. The approved training programmes and the team of specialised international trainers will be announced, with Cambridge having obtained Cairo University’s approval for their participation in Cambridge projects in Kuwait through both virtual and in-person training formats.

Professional Diploma Students Gain Wider Pathways Towards Academic Postgraduate Study

Engineer Yousef Al-Naham, Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Consulting & Education and representative of Cairo University in Kuwait, announced that new students wishing to join professional degree and diploma pathways may benefit from the latest Egyptian government decision related to the regulation of professional degrees and diplomas within Egyptian universities.

Al-Naham explained that, under the applicable regulations, a student who obtains a professional bachelor’s degree or professional licentiate may continue studying in the same faculty or institute to pursue the academic degree awarded by that faculty or institute, in accordance with the requirements determined by the Supreme Council of Universities and the approved internal regulations.

He welcomed new students interested in obtaining professional diplomas through Cambridge in Kuwait, noting that students who submitted their documents after 25 January 2026 are the ones concerned with the new regulation, as it is intended to apply prospectively.

According to Cambridge’s representation agreement with Cairo University, the university grants professional diplomas to Kuwaiti, international and Egyptian students through a number of faculties, including Early Childhood Education, Commerce, Dar Al-Ulum, Mass Communication and Agriculture.

Al-Naham referred to the decision published in the Egyptian Official Gazette, issue 44 bis, dated 25 January 2026, which includes the addition of an article to Egypt’s Universities Regulation Law. The article allows university councils, based on the request of the relevant faculty or institute council, to grant professional degrees and diplomas, including the professional bachelor’s degree or licentiate, professional diploma, professional master’s degree and professional doctorate, in specialisations determined by each faculty or institute’s internal regulations.

He confirmed that the decision applies to new students who apply after its issuance and does not apply to current students or graduates who were enrolled before the decision was issued. He added that the new system provides clearer professional and academic pathways for new students, subject to the official requirements and regulations.

Cambridge Signs Educational Cooperation Agreement with the African Academy of Advanced Studies in Turkey

Cambridge Consulting & Education in Kuwait, headed by Engineer Yousef Al-Naham, signed an educational cooperation agreement with the African Academy of Advanced Studies in Turkey, headed by Professor Dr. Abdulsalama Douma, as part of Cambridge’s wider direction towards expanding international cooperation in education, training and development.

The two parties agreed to establish a formal understanding based on mutual trust and shared benefit, with the aim of supporting institutional development and strengthening international education frameworks. The agreement focuses on cooperation in education, development and training through the exchange of expertise, knowledge and the implementation of joint educational projects.

Cambridge stated that the main objective of the agreement is to enhance academic and scientific cooperation between both sides, support joint educational activities, and organise conferences, seminars and workshops that contribute to greater academic interaction between their respective communities.

The areas of cooperation include several pathways, such as professional diplomas, training programmes, mutual academic links, the exchange of knowledge resources, e-learning materials and digital academic content, as well as the development of academic programmes and plans that serve the objectives of both parties.

This agreement forms part of Cambridge Consulting & Education’s efforts to build wider educational and professional partnerships and to strengthen its role in international education and institutional training, supporting the delivery of valuable learning and development solutions for institutions and learners in Kuwait and beyond.

Cambridge Signs Cooperation Agreement with the Arab-African Council for Integration and Development

Cambridge Consulting & Education in Kuwait, the representative of Cairo University, signed a cooperation agreement with the Arab-African Council for Integration and Development as part of its wider direction towards expanding institutional and educational cooperation at both regional and international levels.

The signing ceremony took place at Jumeirah Hotel in Kuwait, in the presence of a number of official and academic figures. The Council was represented by Minister Emad Tarek Al-Janabi, President of the Council, while Cambridge was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Yousef Al-Naham. The event also included the participation of Dr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, General Manager of Cambridge, and Engineer Hassan Al-Shamali, Director of the Arab Council in Kuwait.

During the ceremony, Minister Al-Janabi expressed his appreciation for the cooperation and praised Cambridge’s professional capabilities. He noted that the agreement aims to support realistic development projects based on credibility, effectiveness and accurate implementation.

Engineer Yousef Al-Naham stated that Cambridge Consulting & Education has been operating since 2019 and has achieved tangible progress through its partnerships with the London Centre for Research and Consultancy and the United Arab Organization for Scientific Research, in addition to its role as the approved representative of Cairo University’s Centre for professional diplomas and training programmes in Kuwait.

Al-Naham added that the cooperation between both parties opens the way for an international training project that is expected to be announced soon, reflecting Cambridge’s commitment to developing educational and training initiatives with practical impact in the fields of development and capacity building.

Cambridge Becomes the Exclusive Representative of Cairo University’s Centre for Blended Learning in Kuwait

Cambridge Consulting & Education in Kuwait announced that it has secured the representation agreement for Cairo University’s Centre for Blended Learning, enabling it to provide educational services to Arab students interested in the Centre’s programmes in the fields of training courses and professional diplomas.

The announcement was made during an international press conference held at the company’s headquarters in Kuwait City before the end of February 2025. The event included the signing of a cooperation agreement between Cairo University and Cambridge Kuwait. Cairo University was represented by Professor Dr. Essam Zakaria Gamil, Director of Blended Learning, while Cambridge Kuwait was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Yousef Al-Naham, in the presence of Cambridge leaders and advisers from Kuwait, with virtual participation from Egypt, the United Kingdom and France.

Dr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, Director of Cambridge and the company’s media spokesperson, stated that Cambridge was honoured by the visit of Cairo University’s representative to its headquarters in Kuwait. He noted that the agreement represents an important step towards implementing the programmes of Cairo University’s Centre for Blended Learning in Kuwait in accordance with the approved academic regulations.

Engineer Yousef Al-Naham, Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Kuwait, expressed his appreciation for the cooperation with one of the Arab region’s most established universities. He emphasised that the partnership reflects the strong relationship between Egypt and Kuwait and their shared interest in the field of education. Professor Dr. Essam Zakaria Gamil stated that the signing of the agreement reflects the shared desire of both parties to strengthen academic and scientific cooperation and to develop educational and training programmes, based on the laws and regulations governing blended learning at Cairo University.

He added that Cairo University had confidence in Cambridge’s experience and its ability to act as the approved representative of the Centre in Kuwait for educational programmes, professional diplomas and training courses, according to the regulations of Cairo University’s Centre for Blended Learning.

Engineer Emad Salama, Executive Director of Cambridge, stated that the operational plan would be announced to the media and that practical implementation was expected to begin at the start of April. He reaffirmed Cambridge’s commitment to making a positive impact in the Kuwaiti labour market through quality educational and training programmes.

The conference concluded with an intensive training session delivered by Professor Dr. Essam Zakaria Gamil on logic and critical thinking, with the participation of attendees at the company’s training hall.
